Led the design and creation of zones for Wildstar partnering with the Content Design department to ensure all worlds meet design goals. Seeking after extensive cross-team integration and collaboration at all phases of the development process.

Establish aesthetic look and feel of worlds by interpretation of concept into final product.

Ensure quality and style is carried through for the design and production of all open worlds and interior staging.

Inspire and motivate nine artists in layout, sculpting, painting, set design and propping.

Guide and direct team members through review, paintovers, critiques, documentation and reference.

Lead level design of open worlds along with layout of playspaces through collaboration with content design teams.

Keep teams on schedule through daily resource and task management.

Actively collaborate with engineering to innovate and improve world building tools.

Create various art assets such as terrain tiles and lighting/skybox.

Led and taught weekly company “virtual plein air” painting group.
